Our beef is dry aged for 15-20 days. This results in extremely tender and uniquely flavorful products that will promise to be a truly enjoyable eating experience. We feed our animals a 100% vegetarian diet of grass, hay, and grain. We grow the crops that are used to feed our animals ourselves, to ensure Premium Quality and a Wholesome product for our customers. Our feeding program contains no artificial ingredients, no added antibiotics, no hormones or growth promotants.
